This is the cover I made for my first engagement many years ago; a French grammar practice book for Italian school. Besides the cover I also made about 2.000 little coloured illustrations.
Each chapter begins with one or two comic style page.

I made this many years ago for an Italian translation now out of print of 'The Wizard of Oz'. Maybe it was the first novel I illustrated
